The Rose & Crown is part of the new St Regis Dubai — which sits on the site of the former Metropolitan Hotel. The venue promises to recreate the classic pub vibe with a mix of decor — “stained glass windows, porcelain tiling, a Victorian fireplace”.
We were commissioned to convert the rich designs of the Rose & Crown site, into a responsive WordPress website, in collaboration with our agency partner, project lead and friends at Punch.
The Rose and Crown homepage incorporates a video walkthrough of the venue that immediately captures a visitor’s attention. Upon scrolling down, you’re met with a slideshow of food images and the food and drinks menus.
Visitors can also sign up for the newsletter and find the location through the Google map incorporated into the website. A slideshow of current events can be found next to the map. The major highlight of the website is the ‘Make a Reservation’ function which allows a visitor to find and book a table online, with just a few clicks.
